& emotional health, financial, and relationships with others.
NOTE: The Wheel is a tool for understanding our Lifepatterns; it is not a spiritual ceremony, artifact, philosophy, or anything. It is a tool for understanding our own emotional makeup. Please do not confuse anything the Wheel might offer regarding understanding yourself more fully and how that might help you to finally start balancing your checkbook with anything "spiritual" beyond making good on your commitments. As the rest of your life achieves balance, it only makes sense that your finances will fall in line, too. The Wheel is not a promise of wealth through spiritual voodoo.
Your most important relationship is the relationship with yourself. Are you self-aware and do you respond to Life. Or are you unaware, reacting to Life?
How you interact with others is a direct reflection of how you are doing inside your own head and heart.
Self:
Self-image, self-confidence, self-awareness, self-esteem, self-worth...all feed into the single most important aspect of who we are: Self Acceptance.
True Self Acceptance comes about when we finally and honestly:
learn who we really are
embrace everything about ourselves
cease judgement, of ourselves and others
Decisions made but not followed through on can be even more frustrating than indecision. Overcome both indecision and the inability to follow through by learning what your real Lifepatterns are.
We often make choices in a vacuum. We fail to make decisions with deference to who we really are. Making choices that ignore our true emotional make-up leads to repetitive behaviors and marginal outcomes at best.
Discover and recast unsupportive Lifepatterns, completely, finally, and independently.
Maintain emotional balance regardless of what is happening.
It is emotional energy that drives behavior, not intellectual belief. If you want a better, more prosperous life, regardless of what is going on around you, this is the place to start: Learn to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
